Never Let Me Go

Okay so I got this Idea to write a one shot on the song Never Let Me Go by Florence and the Machine.

I start to swim. Of course I have fully thought this out. I think about what the bottom of the sea bed looks like. I think of how peaceful the fish must be down there. I think of all the people who have died in shipwrecks and how I will be joining them soon. I think about all of the people that never liked me. And then I think about her, and how you could get lost swimming in her eyes. I start to wade deeper, feeling the freezing cold water on my legs. A thousand miles of water. I swim so far out the shore looks like a not so straight line drawn by a preschooler. I dive down. I keep swimming until my lungs burn. I feel like the water is washing away all of my sins. Never let me go, I imagine saying to her. That is my last thought before all go's dark.
