This go's out to you my lovely Fangirls.
Okay, so this blog post is not going to be judgmental on fangirls. This is going to be judgmental on people who are judgmental on fangirls. Mostly, I hate the word people use when when it comes to fangirls: OBSESSED. I think that fangirls get labeled as obsessed because our Tumbler, Instagram or Facebook pages are all about a band or book series. I think it's more along the lines of devotion. Why is it normal and okay for guys to show their devotion to their athletic team and I get called girly or made fun of because I like 5SOS. I find it energizing to have a connection with a character in a book and I don't want the relationship to end, I want it to keep going.
I think it takes devotion to a fandom to become a fangirl. And with that, I am leaving you with this:

Travelinng with Highschool Students
I myself am in middle school. I am not 15 though people my think I am. I am twelve. I do not have a problem with older kids, in fact I like hanging out with them sometimes more than the kids in my own grade. But the fact is, I don't have anyone else my age around. I have my friends over Skype and and facetime but I do not have the option anymore to run over to their house to do homework. I don't even have homework anymore. I have been homeschooled for 10 years now. I have gone to school for 5th and 6th grade. But being around highschool students preparing to go to college makes me ask myself this; What am I going to do with my life? And the honest answer is I don't know. I keep going through the list of things I am good at before I go to sleep at night;

Writing
Art
But every time I tell someone anything like that they say "You don't have to worry about it you're only twelve." Then I wonder what is the answer going to be when I'm 15. Will I ever know? Or am I just going to be a nobody.
And I guess my point is, I don't what to be a nobody.

The Ups and Downs of Traveling
Can I just say traveling comes with patience in other people. For example the people standing in front of you in line and being all lovey dovey when you have 30 minutes to get to your next flight and you are dragging 13 bags behind you. Or when the old person behind you won't let you push your chair back for the next 12 hours. It's like why can't you just deal with the fact that I want to sleep.
There is a whole list of things about traveling I could come up with but, I am going to change this post now to a positive note. Traveling gives you a thrill. Like when you fall asleep when the plane takes off and wake up when it lands. You literally slept yourself to another country. Or knowing that when you get to your next place you have to be ready to face all the drama in that country. Or having to make sure to bring the right things for a trip in Greece so you can go on a boat ride and know that your clothes will dry fast. Things like that make me want to keep doing it.
